Jim Crisafulli is a longtime Business Advisor who has worked with more than 200 business owners over the course of 15 years providing results-driven advisory and coaching services. Jim brings to his work an executive’s perspective as well as on-the-ground frontline experience, and a true passion to see business owners succeed while maintaining balance with their quality of life values.
During his 30 year career, Jim has always been a business owner himself, acquiring expertise early on as owner of a multi-store retail operation, addressing innumerable daily and long term business and life challenges.
Jim earned his MBA from Bryant University and later, as an adjunct professor, taught entrepreneurship courses there. Jim has strong relationships with the region’s governmental and business development organizations. He has served on a number of executive boards, currently serves on business advisory boards for several for-profit companies, and as treasurer for a local non-profit organization.
Jim’s unique business perspective, his experience, enthusiasm and expertise have bolstered his reputation as the New England Business Advisor who truly moves businesses forward and improves lives.

John has over 25 years experience as a consultant and coach for business owners and executives. Starting out as city planner in Newport, RI, John later changed tack to become an advertising account executive. Soon thereafter, he founded Horton Ahern Bousquet, an award-winning ad agency in Providence. John eventually sold the firm to his partners but continued to working with his clients as a marketing management consultant.
John later worked with Chicago national consulting firm IPA, using his training in forensic accounting analysis to seek out best productive practices and redirect non-productive activities. Today John is a business consultant with the Small Business Development Center of RI.
As co-founder of Newport Squash racquets facility, John succeeded in providing a fun exercise community for adults and competitive sport training center for teens. Its Juniors’ program produced three national champions.
Key to joining Business Strategy Execution is John’s alignment with the BSE philosophy of assisting a business to acquire the skills and tools it needs to inculcate its values and common goals throughout the organization.
